Established at the turn of this century,Hill Cross Furniture was founded by Richard Barker to  fulfill a growing demand for a full service, high-quality contract furniture provider in England. 15 years later, this focus, solely on the supply and manufacture of high quality made-to-contract dining and lounge furniture, has led to a company renown across the UK and UAE for achieving 5*, innovative interiors.

Richard is both owner & founding member of the Company. His vast experience in high end furniture & manufacturing is a vital feature of the reputation that HC has forged in the high end contract furniture industry. Richard spends much of his energy focusing on Hill Cross’ company values, time which has been rewarded with high status of the business.

Rebecca Green | Head of Sales
Heading up our team of account managers and marketing professionals, Rebecca has been with the company for over 5 years and during this time has built up partnerships with our customers and suppliers which has directly influenced the growth and direction of the business.

Amabel Spink | Head of Finance
Overseeing the daily management of our finance department, she is directly responsible for our investment growth. Her hands-on role is instrumental to the future development of the business & manufacturing potential.

Gary Anderson | Operations Manager
Gary Anderson is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by Hill Cross are built on time and to the highest quality. Leading a team of experts, Gary is instrumental in connecting the key departments and planning the smooth transition of raw materials from receipt through to final product and subsequent installation.
