2) Here at Hill Cross we have extremely knowledgeable sales staff. Our sales staff can offer a generous amount of advice on design and fabric and will help you find the best solution for your bar, restaurant, hotel or other venue.

3) We have a dedicated design and inspection team who will specify your banquette seating down to the finest detail and carry out an in-depth inspection of your venue. The inspection team will take measurements which our in-house designers and visualisers will use to generate specific plans tailored to your project. Whilst your fixed seating is being planned, this is also an ideal time to specify other furniture you may require as our designers will be able to help plan our your whole venue, not just the banquette seating. Once your plans are complete and approved, working drawings are created and our manufacturing department will soon begin making your seating.

4) All frame manufacturing and upholstery is carried out in our factory in North Yorkshire by time served expert craftsmen. We now have over 7 full time upholsterers using only the finest quality fabrics and leather, and a team of over 10 carpenters who build your custom banquette seating. Your fixed seating is closely monitored throughout construction and finishing. It’s constantly quality controlled by the surveyor who first inspected the site to ensure it meets our exacting standards.

5) Your bespoke fixed seating is delivered at an agreed time in our own Hill Cross Furniture vehicles – we’ll even call you 1 hour before we arrive so you know we’re coming! Your new banquette seating is then professionally installed by our own team of experienced fitters, all overseen by our site inspector to maintain quality and our high standards. You will find that our on site staff are highly efficient, and professional when they fit your seating and other furniture.

6) Once your banquette seating is installed, and you’re whole venue is furnished, we hope you and your customers enjoy the new furniture and the new ambiance it brings. If on the off chance there is any problem with your fixed seating, our friendly and enthusiastic after sales staff will help you and find the best solution to either fix or replace your furniture.
