Our Process

To ensure we offer a 5* service throughout our clients journey, we have a 10 step process that means every detail is covered:

1. Initial Contact with HC

  • Conversation with Hill Cross technical sales team

2. Understanding the project

  • Provision of ideas/advice and options to meet the budget
  • Clarification of finer details such as wood finishes
  • Dimensions and fabric options
  • Clarification of timescales to opening

3. Email Quote

  • Confirmation of all details, prices and delivery date
  • Follow up quote within 48 hours

4. Order confirmation

  • Deposit paid to confirm order
  • Project Manager allocated to the project

5. Procurement by Hill Cross buyers

  • Order placement with trusted suppliers
  • Timely arrival of goods to enable production while remaining on budget.

6. CAD/Design

  • Site survey
  • Programme of works drawn up
  • Customer sign off
  • Design freeze to ensure we meet all deadlines

7. Manufacture Seating

  • CNC
  • Assembly of frames
  • Addition of any bespoke features
  • Foam
  • Quality control

8. Upholstery

  • Template and cut fabric or leather ready for sewing
  • Specialist stitch detail where relevant

9. Delivery and installation

  • Dedicated Hill Cross drivers and fitters
  • Room placement of furniture based on client GA
  • Disposal of all packaging from site.
