How to order ?

Following a fax, email or verbal discussion with the office, a quotation will be either faxed or emailed. Once this is carefully checked by the customer and signed and returned then a Proforma Invoice will be issued.

Can we see a sample ?

Once a quotation has been agreed in principle then we are happy to send a boxed sample chair and fabric swatches by courier for the customer to inspect in the intended environment. This applies to UK only and minimum order quantities may apply.

Do we have a showroom ?

Yes, we have a well stocked showroom just near Scotch Corner in North Yorkshire – see the “Contact Us” page for directions and links to maps. The showroom is generally open 8am – 6pm Mon - Fri however we do ask visitors to phone prior to commencing their journey.

What are our trading terms ?

On order we ask for a 50% deposit with the remainder due before delivery of the goods.

Can we arrange finance / lease options ?

Although we do not organise finance in house we can put purchasers in touch with known specialist finance companies. Lease purchases can be arranged over 3 to 5 years.

Do you have a minimum order size ?

For stock items we have a minimum order size of £500 however for non stocked items this rises to £1000. For specific products there may be minimum quantity orders depending on our suppliers’ conditions.

How do we deliver our goods ?

We have our fleet of delivery vehicles which carry out the majority of deliveries (one man unless specifically requested). This is a tailgate service however if purchasers wish a “Superior Service” (where a minimum of two men install and place the furniture internally and remove all packaging) then this can be arranged upon request. A standard tailgate service will therefore require purchasers’ staff to place inside the premises. Certain smaller orders or next day requests are delivered & boxed on a pallet. If simple assembly is required the purchasers will be made aware of this on order. The pallet will be delivered to an external location as close to the buildings’ access as possible – the pallet service will not deliver inside the building.

Do we do any products that aren’t on the website ?

Should you be looking at a particularly model but cannot see it on our website it may well be that we can supply it. Our own internal database lists over 5000 models otherwise our Italian Purchasing Office has access to a huge range of chair frame manufacturers and we are rarely unable to supply requested models or something very similar. Bespoke manufacturing can also be accommodated depending on quantities involved.
